How to Change an Employee’s PIN code for ExakTime Mobile

If an employee forgets their PIN, they will not be able to log into Exaktime Mobile. You will need to reset their PIN in TimeSummit.

To do this:

  1. Launch TimeSummit.
  2. Navigate to the Employees screen.

  3. Double-click on the name of the employee you want to edit.

  4. Open the Security tab

  5. Click on “Add/Change PIN…”

  6. Enter a new PIN, re-enter to verify it, and click “OK”.

  7. Click “Save and Close” to exit the Edit Employee screen.

  8. Click the Cloud Service menu at the top of the screen and select “Sync Now”.
