If an employee forgets their PIN, they will not be able to log into Exaktime Mobile. You will need to reset their PIN in TimeSummit.
To do this:
- Launch TimeSummit.
- Navigate to the Employees screen.
- Double-click on the name of the employee you want to edit.
- Open the Security tab
- Click on “Add/Change PIN…”
- Enter a new PIN, re-enter to verify it, and click “OK”.
- Click “Save and Close” to exit the Edit Employee screen.
- Click the Cloud Service menu at the top of the screen and select “Sync Now”.
